Delivery & Shipping
Where do you deliver to?
We are delighted to deliver our garden inspiration across the globe! However, we are currently unable to deliver to Asia and a few other remote areas.
What are your shipping options and timelines?
We offer two reliable shipping methods to suit your needs:
Standard Shipping (£12.95): Ideal when you need your items sooner. Processed in 1-2 business days and delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 days after dispatch.
Free Shipping: Available on all orders over £50. Processed in 1-2 business days and delivered via EMS within 15-25 days after dispatch.
Please note all orders are processed from our warehouse in Winchester, and delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
All orders are carefully handled and processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before being dispatched from our warehouse.
